Litigation and Regulatory Disputes

Position

I am a Partner in the Litigation and Regulatory Disputes team.

I work closely with trustees, beneficiaries (including minors and their litigation friends) to advise them on disputes relating to the administration of estates, off-shore trusts and professional negligence.

I also assist individuals and companies to navigate a range of domestic and international disputes, enforce judgments and make financial recoveries in the UK, Europe and Africa.

I have particular experience in advising on cases involving complex fraud where I assist my clients to progress their investigations and assess the risks of investigating and tracing the recovery of assets. This work often involves urgent interim remedies such as asset freezing injunctions and disclosure orders.

I joined Michelmores in 2007, starting as a paralegal at the Firm whilst completing my legal studies, and then being supported to progress my career to Partner level.
