Position
I am a Partner in the Michelmores’ Corporate team with over 30 years’ experience advising both private and public sector clients. I am also frequently brought in as lead advisor managing special projects for key clients that require a multi-disciplinary knowledge of business matters.
I am experienced in M&A work, joint ventures, demergers and business reorganisations, structuring complex transactions and negotiating all relevant agreements including acquisition agreements, investment terms, shareholder and management arrangements, articles of association, partnership and LLP agreements.
By developing strong working relationships with our clients’ management consultants and financial advisors, and as lead advisor on special projects, I ensure we deliver significant value and drive closings often while working under considerable time pressure.
