Position

I am a Partner in Michelmores’ Employment team.

I build strong relationships with companies and organisations, sharing their HR workload and helping them to create powerful, culture-driven workforces that thrive. I take the time to understand a business’s focus, ethos and ambitions, and tailor the support accordingly, from the implementation of forward-thinking HR policy infrastructure to responsive guidance on day-to-day queries and the management of employee disputes and litigation.

I partner with clients in both the public and private sectors, from quasi-governmental organisations to niche start-ups, but have a particular focus on scale-up businesses, where I enjoy shaping the nature and outlook of a company as it grows.

One of the best aspects of my role is being able to foster long-lasting rapports with clients and integrating with their organisations so that I work seamlessly with members of their HR and senior management teams. Getting to know the people behind the company is what I enjoy most.

I have been part of the team at Michelmores for over ten years, having trained and qualified here.
