Mañón Quintana Abogados routinely defends financial institutions, listed companies and stock market clients involved in reorganisation or bankruptcy proceedings. A recent highlight saw the group represent Banjercito as a creditor in the insolvency of Banco Famsa. Founding partners Antonio Mañón and Gerardo Quintana Pineda, along with January 2024 arrival Ricardo García Cordero Sasía (previously at Márquez, Castelazo & García Cárdenas, S.C.), co-lead the practice.
