With 15 years of experience in the Middle East, Anja has a profound knowledge of the commercial laws of the GCC countries and is familiar with the actual conditions and peculiarities in the Middle East. She advises our clients in corporate and commercial matters and has specialized in the local construction laws, the participation in local tenders, agency and distribution matters, M&A and re-structuring as well as dispute resolution. Anja frequently represents our clients in arbitration matters in the entire region and Germany.
