Andrés’ initiation into the legal world was as a trainee lawyer in Dusseldorf, Germany, before he was admitted to the bar in Frankfurt, Germany. Since then, Andrés has gained a strong reputation in legal management, concentrating his practice areas around corporate matters including joint ventures, M&A, re-structuring, employment and HR topics, distribution and production structures, infrastructure projects, as well as contentious matters.
With a truly international upbringing, Andres was raised in France, Germany, Chile, Iran, and the UAE. His experience in different countries and their respective cultures has given him deep insights into how corporate legal matters develop in the multi-cultural Middle East, while his determined and pragmatic approach to solving complex legal matters has provided him the opportunity to impart legal advice to some of the world’s most well-known companies.
Andrés’ meteoric rise to Managing Partner of SCHLÜTER GRAF in 2015 is further testament to his professionalism and his dedication to his Clients, which resulted in the launch of SCHLÜTER GRAF’s Spanish desk in 2019.
