Kate is a corporate lawyer in the KPMG Law team. She has over 16 years of business advisory and transactional experience. Prior to joining KPMG, she worked for private practice international law firms Mayer Brown and Greenberg Traurig.
She has a proven track record of advising on cross-border and domestic M&A, joint venture and corporate finance transactions, reorganisations and restructurings, management incentive arrangements and general corporate legal advisory work.
She has spent time on secondment to the General counsel’s offices of a multinational pharmaceutical company and a leading global insurance organisation.
