Dragos is an M&A and corporate lawyer in the KPMG Legal team. 

He has over 6 years of corporate business advisory and transactional services both at KPMG Legal and one of the largest local law firms – Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii.

Dragos is highly specialized in mergers & acquisitions and also in corporate and commercial matters being involved in numerous M&A significant transactions on the Romanian market in various industries (including for both high-profile international and local investors) representing buyers and sellers alike during due diligence processes and negotiation and closing of sale of businesses. His expertise also includes assisting and representing clients in the following fields: retail, FMCG, pharma and life sciences, real estate and transports and logistics.

He is also regarded as a professional in international business law and international private law/conflict of laws, as he taught the aforementioned at the Law School of the University of Bucharest for almost 6 years.

Dragos also works alongside KPMG’s tax, accounting and deal advisory business as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
