Cesar Meraz is a lawyer with vast experience in the tax, administrative and amparo litigation fields. He began his professional practice in 1987 and in July 2000, he joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa as Partner in our Monterrey, N.L. office. Throughout his time at the Firm, he has been recognized for his dedication and success in representing and advising clients in complex situations, such as dispute resolution, tax litigation, and administrative matters, as well as proceedings before tax authorities. His deep knowledge of the tax system combined with his expertise in other areas such as criminal law, international law, and finance, allows him to provide solid and effective solutions.His commitment to excellence and his extensive experience have positioned him as a reference in his field.

He is a professor in the Master’s in Law program at the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey (FLDM). He has participated as a speaker in various academic and professional forums in Mexico and abroad.
