Damian Gudel is an advocate and a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

He represents clients at the pre-litigation stage and in criminal, civil and administrative proceedings.

He is a specialist in resolving complex commercial disputes in which the resolution thereof requires extensive knowledge of civil, criminal and administrative law. He has extensive experience in representing leading Polish and foreign companies from various industries (e.g. the IT, construction, new technologies, chemical, TSL and energy sectors) and the largest Polish public institutions.

His practice also includes the representation of corporate executives and corporations in criminal proceedings. He has also successfully represented clients in mediation and negotiation processes, in which has secured significant settlements for clients. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk in 2010. He later became an advocate trainee in 2011 and was admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association in 2014. Damian is also a past lecturer in a course titled Introduction to Civil and Criminal Litigation in the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Mechanics of the University of Warsaw.
