2011 – 2016 Law firm Miro Senica and Attorneys: Started as a trainee, left as a senior associate. My work at the Law Firm involves mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, insolvency, restructuring, securitisation, debt capital markets, leveraged finance, legal due diligence, international transactions, representing foreign clients, statutory matters, corporate governance.
2012 – 2013 Higher Court in Ljubljana: Traineeship as a part of the Bar exam preparations. I worked with two judges and spent 4 months in the civil law department and 3 months in the criminal law department. My work involved drafting court judgments and decisions, legal research, assisting the judges in court sessions.
2016 – Present Nlaw: Started as a solo attorney in 2016 and grew the law firm to six lawyers in Ljubljana and two in Zagreb (Croatia) branch. I act as the managing partner of the law firm and practice mostly in the areas of M&A, banking and finance, insolvency and restructuring.
