Career

With more than 13 years of experience in the legal field and holding a PhD in Commercial Law, Ana is specialized in a wide range of litigation, including with respect to shareholder protection against abuse of minority/majority rights and in boardroom risks and liabilities. Ana also advises in alternative dispute resolution procedures as arbitrator or mediator and assists clients on corporate and regulatory matters. Ana is often appointed as law expert in various working groups amending corporate and capital market laws and regulations (organized by the Financial Supervisory Authority; Ministry of Justice; Ministry of Finance etc.).
