Position

Sarah joined Tyr as a partner in the commercial property team in July 2022. She brings over 20 years experience to the team and specialises in complex freehold and leasehold transactions for investors and corporate occupiers. Sarah has a portfolio of clients for whom she has provided legal advice for many years. This portfolio is made up from a wide spectrum of clients including financial institutions, portfolio landlords and sector specialist occupiers including retailers and educational and charitable organisations.

Sarah has, whilst maintaining a busy full time practice, obtained a distinction in a project management Masters Degree at Leeds Beckett university to further enhance the value that she can give to her clients.

Sarah joined Tyr from Lupton Fawcett LLP where she became a partner in 2018 having qualified in 2002 with Lee & Priestley LLP.
