Position
Partner who litigates patents (especially pharmaceutical, biosimilar and oil and gas services industry patents). Amund advises on patents and trademarks validity and infringement issues and on issues relating to employee inventors’ rights, trade secrets, unfair competition and marketing law. He drafts technology transfer, R&D and consortium agreements (all sectors). He has represented clients in disputes relating to these areas, and also in other IP-related commercial litigation. Amund is a qualified arbitrator and has experience as an arbitrator in international commercial arbitration cases.
