Career

For several years, Anna Siwkowska has specialised in legal advice to the energy sector, with a particular focus on renewable energy sources (RES).

She supports investors, developers and energy companies in the implementation of projects including wind farms, photovoltaic farms, energy storage facilities, biogas plants and biomethane plants. She advises at every stage of the investment – from conception, permitting and the administrative process, to project acquisitions, implementation and operation.

Anna has extensive experience in due diligence of RES projects, structuring investment transactions and negotiating key agreements, including leases, joint ventures, EPCs and O&M.

She regularly advises on energy infrastructure development projects, taking into account regulatory and administrative aspects.

In her work, she combines legal expertise with a practical business approach, helping clients to successfully and safely implement energy projects.
