Career
Wojciech Fryze specializes in tax law, in particular income tax issues. He boasts many years of experience in advising large enterprises as well as individual investors and entrepreneurs. He advises international capital groups and public companies.
He has been cooperating with OW since 2009 where he has carried out numerous restructuring and due diligence projects. He represents clients in tax inspections and proceedings. He deals with tax planning, tax settlements of entrepreneurs operating in special economic zones, and issues of international tax law. He heads a team of experts in the field of CIT, international taxation, MDR and excise tax.
He is a co-author of legal tech solutions developed by OW, including MDRnow and the standard audit file.
Wojciech has been recognized as a Highly Regarded in General corporate tax in ITR World Tax 2022.
