Lucas Niccolo M. Cauton III, a Senior Partner, heads the Intellectual Property Group of the Firm. His practice areas include corporate law, IP, mining, transportation, labor, litigation, real estate, tourism, and environmental law.

He actively participates on the Board of several tourism developments as well as medical institutions around the country.

Nikki has vast experience in litigation covering civil, criminal, tax, corporate, and labor-related disputes.

Nikki was formerly connected with Ponce Enrile Reyes & Manalastas (PECABAR) and Santiago & Santiago Law Offices. He then established his own practice, Cauton & Africa, before joining the firm.

A member of the Philippine Bar since 2005, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Ateneo De Manila University. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the same university.
