Career

George Niu, the founding partner of Shihui Partners, obtained the Chinese lawyer qualification in 1998, who is a member of All China Lawyers Association. Mr. Niu obtained his bachelor degree and master degree from Renmin University of China. Mr. Niu has been awarded as one of the most excellent lawyers in the area of Chinese corporate and M&A by The Asia Pacific LEGAL 500 in 2009 to 2011, and has been awarded as one of the excellent lawyers in the area of Chinese private equity by Chambers and Partners in 2011 to 2018. Before joining Shihui Partners, Mr. Niu worked in Junhe LLP and Global Law Office as a partner. Mr. Niu has proven experience across venture capital investment, private equity investment, cross-board merger and acquisitions and domestic & overseas IPOs, and has extensive experience in the formulation of equity incentives for companies.
