Best known for its regulatory expertise in the telecoms segment, O’Farrell has advised key players in the sector since the 1990s, when it was among the main firms involved in the privatisation and licensing of the Argentine telecoms industry. The team draws on this track record to provide key support on telecoms taxation matters and assist with municipal authorisations, commercial matters and litigation.
