Robert Norton is rradar’s Director of Legal Services and leads our expansive team of legal directors and solicitors, ensuring strategic operation across various practice areas: business crime and regulation, commercial disputes, corporate and commercial, cyber, data and information law, employment and HR, health and safety, intellectual property, and tax.

With 30 years’ experience in legal practice and leadership, he has had roles in national and boutique commercial law firms, supporting clients in a diverse range of commercial sectors, notably including the SME sector, liability insurers and high street lending institutions.

Specialising in commercial dispute resolution, insurance, and professional liability, Robert is well regarded for his responsive, clear, and commercial approach.

Beyond his legal expertise, he has been pivotal in the transformation of the business into a visionary legal enterprise over the past decade, supporting expansion into new practice areas and strategic office locations.
