Charles is a Partner in Maples Teesdale’s commercial real estate team. He has extensive experience working on acquisitions and disposals (including forward purchase and forward funding deals), and refinancing of commercial and high-value residential properties.  He is also involved in day to day asset management work for retail centres and industrial parks.
