Career
Susan Bright brings her innovative spirit to everything she touches. As leader of the firm’s global Competition practice for seven years, Susan made sure it became recognised as one of the top practices globally.
Currently a member of the firm’s leadership team, she manages our business in the UK and Africa. An antitrust/competition lawyer, Susan helps clients deal with some of the most complex and stressful issues they face, such as intrusive investigations by regulators. For more than 20 years, Susan honed her skills in Brussels, Washington, D.C., and London. Those years taught her that – with more than 100 jurisdictions around the world now with merger control requirements – providing a global strategy is a must.
Today, Susan is often working with colleagues in the U.S., Asia, and elsewhere, to provide a single coordinated global response. She helps clients complete their deals by obtaining the necessary merger clearances in Europe and across the globe. Susan works with clients in a range of industries, including financial services, insurance, transportation, and consumer goods.
