Career
Tom McFarlane has 20 years’ experience, helping multinationals deal with complex supply chain and transfer pricing matters. Over the course of his career, Tom has led Transfer Pricing and Supply Chain practices in the Big Four and major consultancy firms in Europe.
Tom’s experience in transfer pricing and supply chain matters is varied and diverse – crossing many jurisdictions (throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the United States) and industries (such as consumer, retail, tech, pharmaceuticals, and diversified industrials). Tom has led some of the largest supply chain reorganisations in Europe and has advised clients who are expanding into new markets, diversifying through new channels and integrating their operating models post mergers and acquisitions. Tom focuses on ensuring robust implementation (the fiscal model follows the commercial model) when clients are undertaking business change.
