Career

As a partner in our London Real Estate group, Victoria Sutcliffe deals with a wide variety of commercial real estate work and brings in-depth experience to institutional investment, property portfolio management, large and high-profile lettings and pre-lettings, sales, purchases, and development funding projects, as well as co-ownership structures.

Victoria is one of the principal relationship partners on real estate matters for British Land, City of London Corporation, M&G, Mars UK and Dutch Pension Funds, and Fluor Corp.

Working in the industry for over 25 years, Victoria has a broader experience and has a proven track record  of operating well as part of a team and is not afraid of rolling up her sleeves; working alongside the client, its investment managers, and other advisors to resolve problems and to deliver the deal on time.

Victoria received first-hand experience of the need to understand clients’ business strategies when she was seconded for 12 months to a pan-European property fund at AXA Real Estate Investment Managers.

Victoria also advises Hogan Lovells in connection with its noncontentious real estate requirements in London.
