As a partner in the Hogan Lovells Real Estate Group, Gill McGreevy is acknowledged as a leading individual, with extensive experience across the spectrum in her field. She is known as a straight talker with a no-nonsense approach. Her practice spans all aspects of commercial real estate, with particular knowledge of and skills in development and regeneration projects, retail and leisure asset management and strategy and property investment.
She also has a focus on real estate aspects of borrower-side financing and renewable energy schemes. She builds strong client relationships and works as an extension of the teams with clients and their consultants. Combined with her broad legal experience, her emotional intelligence helps her to understand clients’ needs and anticipate issues, to which she is adept at finding practical, commercial solutions.
