Since the beginning of her professional career, Paola has developed a significant knowledge in relation to IT matters, including e-commerce, IPS liability, e-signatures, smart contracts, blockchain, e-payments, data protection, online advertising as well as consumer protection regulations. Over the years, Paola has also developed significant experience on commercial contracts, including distribution, supply, outsourcing, service, subcontracting, manufacturing and sale agreements, as well as lease agreements, licensing, advertising and franchising agreements.
