Whether clients need assistance on the typical matters of administrative and public law concern, either in courts or outside the courts, or are looking for legal support to explore new rising commercial and regulated industries, Emanuela Cocco is very responsive and always available to satisfy client needs and requests in a very efficient and timely manner.
As a member of our Administrative and Public Law practice since 2008, Emanuela Cocco has developed her experience advising international clients in a wide range of areas, including environmental law, public procurement law, renewables and conventional energy, expropriation procedures, oil and gas regulatory, life sciences, and other regulatory compliance matters.
Following admission to the Bar in 2010, Emanuela has assisted many of our clients in important judicial proceedings before Italian administrative and civil courts. In the context of some of the largest and most complex cross-border acquisitions and infrastructure projects, Emanuela has provided support to our corporate lawyers on permitting, environmental, and energy matters. On a daily basis she advises some of our major clients on a number of public law aspects, including environmental and regulatory compliance issues, and provides assistance to international companies in the various phases of strategic public tenders for works, services, and supply. Emanuela’s commitment and ability to analyze complex legal issues and propose practical solutions is much appreciated both inside the firm and by some of our key clients.
