Alessandro Lanzi, partner of our restructuring and special situations practice in Italy, advises clients on how to stay in control of complex financial situations.

Alessandro is highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution, civil and commercial disputes (real estate, distribution agreements, credit brokerage, deposit, transport and shipment, derivatives and other financial products, and product liability) and bankruptcy law (international and domestic claw-back actions, and restructuring).

Alessandro works relentlessly to support his clients to maximize value in financially distressed situations and enjoys leading a process that results in accretive value.

Additionally, Alessandro has significant experience in factoring, advising continuatively clients on transactions over illiquid assets and credits vis-à-vis public administrations.
