Alexander Klicznik concentrates on patent law, in particular infringement actions, oppositions and nullity actions. Being qualified both as a lawyer and an European Patent Attorney, Alexander focuses on matters of high technical complexity in the areas of telecommunications, mobile communications (also relating to LTE, UMTS, GSM/GPRS), data compression, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, biotech, solid state physics, computer hard and software, optical devices, and general mechanics. He regularly represents clients before patent infringement venues in Dusseldorf, Munich and Mannheim, before the Federal Patent Court, the European Patent Office and the Federal Supreme Court. In addition, Alexander handles FTO reports and analyzes patent portfolios also encompassing several jurisdictions.
