Nicolas is a Partner in the Corporate/M&A practice of Linklaters Paris. He regularly advises financial sponsors, private equity houses, insurance companies and corporates on their M&A transactions, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure sectors.

Nicolas joined the firm in 2009 as an Associate, has been promoted Managing Associate in 2014, Counsel in 2019 and Partner in 2022.

Nicolas spent eight months on secondment at Ardian in 2012 and seven months at Linklaters in London (Private Equity practice) in 2016.
