Marie joined Linklaters Luxembourg in October 2023, after 15 years of experience in the Luxembourg market, gained in law firms in where she specialises in Employment Law and in Mergers & Acquisitions.

She is the Head of the Luxembourg Employment law practice and has an extensive professional experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including implementation of employment contractual documentation, transfer of undertakings and corporate reorganisations involving employees, employee benefits and incentives, employment due diligences, cross-border and mobility issues, collective and individual dismissals, implementation of codes of conducts and internal policies, and more.

Marie‘s experience in labour law is complemented by a strong background in corporate law and M&A.
