Recent deals include advising: ENI on the unitisation of Areas 1 and 4, Mozambique, the Lenders (JBIC, NEXI, AfDB, ECIC and commercial lenders) on the $2.4b financing of the Nacala pit to port railway in Malawi and Mozambique, HS1 on the renegotiation of its power supply arrangements and HS1’s shareholders on the sale of HS1. Fiona’s other key clients include KNOC and The Department of Transport.
