David is a solicitor advocate and head of Lindsays’ personal injury team.  He has over 30 years of experience in litigation. He specialises in personal injury,  libel law health & safety litigation.  He deals with high-value and complex cases in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session in Scotland.  He is widely praised by clients for his practical and solutions based approach to his cases.
