Corporate Finance
Timothy runs a multi-stage corporate finance practice. His clients are founders, growth companies, the funds that invest in them and financial institutions. This encompasses early stage financing events through to exits, whether via M&A or IPO, and onwards. Timothy believes that acting at each level is essential to his clients in terms of setting present and future expectations.
Technology
Timothy has nearly 30 years of experience acting for technology companies and the investors who support them. Many of his clients are in this sector.
Financial Services
Being London-based it is unsurprising that funds, banks and other financial institutions instruct him, together with those businesses wishing to challenge and compete with them. Timothy spearheads Lewis Silkin’s cross-skills approach to financial services work.
International
Having worked for US firms in London for 10 years his practice has a significant international element. Timothy’s particular focus is in the US, the Middle East (GCC and the Levant/Egypt) and, more recently, parts of the Asia-Pac region.
