Career

Sarah Dunlop is an accomplished Agricultural Property lawyer who has made a significant impact as a member of our Agriculture and Commercial Property team since joining Blanchards Bailey in 2019.

She started her legal career in 2004 at a top 60 national law firm, and her positive and approachable demeanour has since allowed her to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. She has a remarkable ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clearly comprehensible manner, ensuring that her clients feel informed and at ease throughout the process.

Sarah’s passion for the agricultural sector is evident in her work. She is deeply committed to helping clients navigate the unique challenges of agricultural property law. With extensive knowledge of rural land transactions, land matters, farm tenancies and farm partnerships, she brings valuable expertise and content to every unique case.

Sarah has been shortlisted for The Access Legal Modern Law Awards Lawyer of the Year 2024.
