Career
Yuriy Petrenko has been heading Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice of the company since its foundation, further being elected as a Managing Partner in October 2017.
Mr. Petrenko has an extensive experience in representing clients in courts of various instances in civil, commercial, administrative and criminal cases, within the framework of international arbitration and mediation procedures.
Yuriy Petrenko provides legal support in complex litigation, pre-trial and extrajudicial disputes in Ukraine and abroad, accompanies complex projects for international and domestic clients in various economic sectors, namely: banking and financial institutions, Retail & FMCG, automotive, real estate and construction, heavy industry and manufacturing, energy and natural resources, pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Petrenko is also an expert on financial restructuring, business defence, cross-border asset tracing, GR and PPP.
