Career
Tanja Dugonjić is the Co-Head of the Capital Markets and Banking and Finance departments with special interest in Financial Institutions. She focuses on cross-border transactional work, including work with the SEC, with a special interest in industry compliance within Consumer Goods, Food and Retail and Technology, Media and Telecommunications. During her almost 20 years long career Tanja also led some of the most prominent transactions in Energy and Natural Resources. Tanja has led teams in many transactions in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia & Herzegovina, advising clients on deals with a total value exceeding EUR 10 billion. Tanja is passionate about literature, sports, and drama, and has participated in the work of many charitable organizations. She is fluent in Serbian and English, and conversational in Hungarian.
