Vladimir Bojanović is the Managing Partner of BOPA and Co-Head of both the Corporate and Commercial and Mergers and Acquisitions Departments with special focus on Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions. Vladimir is also one of few lawyers with experience in Aviation and Automotive industries and he started creation of AI and ESG groups in the firm. He is a triple-qualified lawyer with almost 20 years of experience. During his career, Vladimir served as an International Economic Relations advisor to the Serbian Government, assisting in many landmark projects. He has led teams in numerous transactions in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia & Herzegovina, advising clients on deals with a total value exceeding EUR 10 billion. Vladimir holds degrees from both the University of Belgrade and the University of Cambridge. He has been ranked as a Leading Partner for many years by reputable legal directories.
