Nikola Gvoić is a Partner leading our Employment department. He is a triple-qualified attorney with impressive experience. He has represented clients in corporate reorganizations and HR restructurings, including mass redundancies and layoffs, turnarounds, and employee transfers. He also has significant experience with trade unions and collective negotiations, as well as complex labor disputes. As regards to industry sectors, Nikola has extensive experience in IT and Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals. Nikola has participated in numerous transactions in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia & Herzegovina, advising international clients on deals with a total value exceeding EUR 5 billion. He is fluent in Serbian and English.
