Thomas is a partner in the private client team in Irwin Mitchell’s Leeds office. He primarily advises business owners, entrepreneurs, senior executives and high net worth clients on planning in relation to succession, asset protection and capital tax mitigation.
He has particular experience advising HNW and UHNW clients in relation to complex trusts and the structuring and governance of private companies, including family investment companies.
