Daniel is a finance partner who joined the firm from King Wood & Mallesons SJ Berwin in February 2014. He is an acquisition finance specialist but also has substantial experience in debt restructuring, fund financing, real estate finance and debt portfolio disposals. Whilst at SJ Berwin he advised numerous clients including Royal Bank of Scotland PLC, Lloyds Banking Group, Duke Street, Lion Capital and Intermediate Capital Group PLC.
