Position
Rachael is an Associate who specialises in acting for Claimants who have been catastrophically injured as a result of accidents with an international element. She acts for individuals who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and major orthopaedic injuries amongst others, as result of wide ranging accident circumstances including road traffic accidents, sports accidents and clinical negligence.
The vast majority of Rachael’s cases involve applicable law or jurisdictional issues and arise from accidents abroad, including accidents in France, Spain, Austria, Mexico and New Zealand to name but a few.
