Partner in the Firm. He has a long track record in assisting companies and investment funds in the real estate investment and development process, negotiation of complex lease agreements, financing and optimization of real estate projects, reprivatisation of real estate, acquisition and sale of real estate projects including commercial centers, office buildings, warehouses and production plants.
He also has extensive experience in advising on company law and corporate structures, creation and operations of investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, competition law and foreign direct investment.
Career
For several years Igor Bakowski worked for the biggest American law firms in Brussels and in Poland. In 2007 he co-founded the Bakowski Law Firm bringing together the long-term expertise of its partners acquired in the biggest American, British and Polish firms.
