Loïc helps groups as part of collective bargaining (Annual Mandatory Negotiation, working time, GPEC (Jobs and Skills Forecast Management) and the management of high-risk cases in pretrial phases and litigation.

He has a wide-ranging experience in company restructurings, turnarounds and winding-up proceedings.

Loïc practiced law for 6 years with Barthélemy & Associés and had a hand in the creation of Actance. Loïc was made partner at Actance in 2008.

Education

He holds a Master’s degree in employment law and a Master II as Business Attorney and has specialization certificates in labor law obtained from the Bar association as well as in social security and social protection law (since 2007),

He has been a senior lecturer at CIFFOP – Paris II Panthéon-Assas University since 2005
