Career
Angeliki (Tzela) Stathopoulou was born in Athens in 1968, is a lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association since 2007, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court.
She joined the firm in 2008 and is one of our Partners.
Areas of practice
Tzela specializes in corporate and commercial law, public procurements law, immigration law, citizenship law and real estate law. She provides legal advice to domestic and international clients, both corporate and private, on a wide variety of matters and handles a wide range of cases including, amongst others, company formation and support, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, partner relations and side agreements, participation in public tenders, preliminary appeals and representation before the courts, residence permits and citizenship issues, inheritance cases and real estate transactions. During her 16 years of practice, she has gained considerable professional experience in complex cases and negotiations.
