Bert  is the Managing Partner at Argo.

His professional focus is on private equity, capital markets, corporate law and M&A. He has considerable expertise in public and private M&A, asset sales, rights issues and issues of financial instruments, company law, joint ventures and other shareholders’ agreements. Bert brings to the team specific expertise in private equity and real estate investment companies (‘REITs’).

Bert has authored a chapter in a Belgian company law book. The Legal 500 notes that Bert “combines excellent legal skills with common sense”.
