Remmert is part of our Corporate/M&A practice group. He advises clients on a broad range of topics, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial contracts.

Remmert has studied Law and History at Utrecht University and has completed a minor at the University of Hong Kong. After this Remmert obtained his Master’s degree in Civil Law from VU University Amsterdam, specializing in corporate and employment law (with honors).
