Rik specializes in corporate law disputes. He assists directors, shareholders and supervisory directors. Rik regularly litigates at the Enterprise Chamber and is also appointed by the Enterprise Chamber in inquiry proceedings. Rik is also involved in commercial disputes in the broadest sense, including disputes related to financing transactions.
Rik publishes regularly and is a regular annotator for the journal JIN. He is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association and the Rimari Foundation.
Prior to joining Rutgers & Posch, Rik worked at Clifford Chance, Stibbe and AKD.
