Edward’s clients have included large corporates and pension funds, together with wealthy individuals, whether based within the UK or internationally. He regularly advises on matters including:

• Rent review
• Service charge disputes
• Insolvency matters impacting real estate interests
• Boundary disputes

Edward’s approach is to be clear and to the point, even when dealing with the most complex matters. He has recently acted on several major development matters, drawing in several fields of his expertise and requiring a sound strategic approach.

Edward has strong relationships with professionals across the real estate sector, and has spoken at seminars and major events including the annual RICS UK Building Surveying Conference.
