Work Department
Real Estate Dispute Resolution
Position
Hollie Jordan-Wright is a real estate dispute resolution solicitor specialising in neighbourly rights, residential and commercial landlord and tenant, and real property matters.
Hollie acts for clients – typically in the real estate, retail, leisure sectors or private individuals – on commercial and residential property matters.
For landlords and tenants of commercial premises, she acts on business lease renewals (both opposed and unopposed), breaches of covenant, break notices, service charges, dilapidations, and forfeiture.
On residential property matters, she acts for landlords and tenants on breaches of lease covenants such as repair obligations and unauthorised alterations or subletting, rent arrears and service charge issues including major works consultations.
Meanwhile, she acts for landlords of residential premises in the private rented sector, obtaining possession by serving notices of possession, issuing court possession claims and instructing County Court bailiffs and High Court Enforcement Officers.
Hollie regularly acts for clients making applications to the Land Registry for registration of easements and adverse possession claims, as well as applications for light obstruction notices and referrals for determination by the First Tier and Upper Tribunal.
In addition, Hollie acts for guardian companies, advising on contractual arrangements, claims by and against guardians and in possession claims.

Howard Kennedy LLP’s property litigation department operates across the retail, energy, logistics, and leisure sectors to advise occupiers and developers on Building Safety Act measures, easements, and restrictive covenants, among others. The ‘incisive’ Amanda McNeil is well versed in landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidation claims, and forfeiture actions. McNeil is ably supported by the ‘commercially minded and responsive’ Edward Cooper, who concentrates on business tenancy renewals and insolvency matters, and the ‘fantastic’ Robert Boucher, who illustrates proficiency in residential lease extensions and collective enfranchisement. The ‘extremely impressive’ Bhavini Patel handles contentious issues such as break notices and possession claims, while the ‘exceptional’ Hollie Wright focuses on neighbourly rights.
